The place was great. Went to Tampa with my sister for a holiday weekend trip. Looked online for places to stay. Price was an issue since I was paying for the bulk of the trip. If staying in a hotel, we would need to separate rooms. Not sure how I stumble this place while still doing online searches. Enough of the leading up to part. The place was perect, clean, accomodating, up-to-date, etc. Also, realized that stuff that should have been there were actually were there. It is in a residential are of Ybor City, but if you have no car, it is a very short and cheap to get a Uber to Ybor City party, bar, restaurant, shops. The property manager Ernesto was great and accessible if anything should happen. My sister and I both got are own bedrooms so we could be together or apart vs hotel. I am going to stop the chatter. THE PLACE WAS AMAZING... Access on arrival was easy; Very clean; Bedding and bathroom items clean and in place; All appliances for kitchen; Washer & Dryer; TVs in living room and bedrooms; Walk-in shower in main bedroom; Front and back porch (tor temps, front for early day, back for afternoon); Propery Manager, Ernesto, friendly and available; Backyard in no way resembled the photos ... who cares didn't use it; and Short Uber ride to Ybor main area. JUST LAST TO SAY: very affordable, very clean, spacious, comfortable, almost like home.

Stay was awesome, Host was very committed to our comfort and very responsive. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the front of the house has plenty of parking and lights and nobody messed with anything the entire time we were there. Will def keep it as an option if we ever go back to Tampa!
