Lovely Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The housekeeping team was exceptional, with one standout member, a lady named Chef, who went above and beyond to keep our room spotless. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was always attentive and quick to fulfill any requests we had. I would gladly choose this hotel again if I return to Antalya.

The hotel itself was very nice, the reception was very polite and friendly, and the cleaning staff was also great.What we didn't like was that the evening waiter Mehmet was very nice on the first evening, but he was also fixated on us eating at his restaurant every day. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool because we had 28 degrees every day. Unfortunately, the pool was refilled with water every day and the water was a maximum of 12 degrees. This is a MUST AVOID... Nothing what is advertised in the Ad.This place shouldn’t even be called a hotel—it’s more like a **motel** at best. The service was atrocious. We arrived to find the **receptionist sleeping on the couch**, and we mistook him for a guest until we realized he was the person we were supposed to check in with. The **air conditioning** was a complete disaster, dripping so much water that it soaked our pillows. We woke up with **wet hair** from the dampness! Basic amenities were nonexistent: no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or even proper hand soap. The towels were so thin they were practically **paper**. On top of that, there were **pull-out beds cluttering the hallway** near our door, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The so-called "breakfast" wasn’t even included, despite what we were led to believe. The restaurant staff rudely informed us that we had to pay. To make matters worse, getting a taxi was nearly impossible, and walking around the hotel was **dangerous**. The pool area was slippery, with water everywhere, and when I slipped, the staff saw me but **turned away** without offering help. For the **price**, **quality**, and **service**, you’d be better off sleeping on the receptionist's couch—just like the staff did. Avoid this place at all costs.
