This place is absolutely adorable! The location is walkable to Wall Drug Store and other shops/food, but it feels a little more private and quiet. The beds were comfortably and the place was updated and clean! We would definitely stay again!

Loved the proximity of Hansen Inn to the Main Street of Wall, SD. Able to walk to Wall Drug and the few eateries in town. The front desk attendant was quite cold when we checked in but...whatever LOL.The room was clean. The walls ARE thin...while we didn't hear anything out of the ordinary there was always a chance. Loved not having to keep track of a room key.

In spite of the very tiny room, it was very charming. Spotlessly clean and as modern as it could be. The owner checked me in and she was very pleasant. Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, the Budweiser Clydesdales stayed in the room directly above mine and they appeared to be running drills about 5AM. I would certainly stay here again.

There is zero curb appeal and no view. However, the sheets and towels were very luxurious and the little cabin was well appointed. Good sink space, very comfortable king bed, heat, ac, microwave, frig, great pillows. We were very pleased.

All about the details! A wonderful little place with all the amenities you could need and then some. The attention to detail from the owners is evident - makeup towels, collapsible hooks/hangers, stacking shelves and 2 collapsible luggage racks to name a few. Updated grounds, rooms and common areas add to the charm. We loved our stay and will be back if we head to South Dakota again.

The air-conditioning in the room could not keep up during the hot hours of the day. It was also very loud. The hotel is an old structure, but nicely renovated. The safety lock on the door was concerning: not easy to use in the event of a fire.
