Good place to stay centrum of Alicante. You’re getting a PIN code to use that sadly was little trouble for us - but a quick call to the number listed they gave us another code and we got it. okey room, clean with towels and soap. Good beds Approved from us :)

Great find. Fab little hotel in the best location. Room cleaned every day (just put sign on door) and towels changed. Hand wash and shower gel provided. Easy access (if you arrive before 2pm your code won’t work but there is a number on the door to ring). Plenty of drawers and hanging space and safe with key provided (no charge). The only negative was the hairdryer which really needs an upgrade. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Great location, friendly staff at check in. Great with the complementary coffee/tea in the hallway! Downside, not at all soundproofed so if you have neighbours trying to get in their room at 4 am, not remembering their code, they'll wake up the whole floor.. Also unfortunately even if seemed clean at first glance, when I got in the shower the next morning, it jad loads of hair from previous guest(s).

The check in process was very bad. Nobody was there to let us in at10:00, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00. The entrance is in an ally. Luckily the cleaning woman came along. She apologized that nobody was there. Someone arrived at 11:15. They wasted our vacation time which is precious to me. Would not go again.

Rocky start, well located and would return

Check-in horror as we were given access info for 504 when we were 505, man in 504 was very unhappy when we entered his room after midnight! Thankfully quickly resolved via WhatsApp, though no follow up the next day. Room was ok, could do with more storge or hooks for hanging up clothes/towels. Bathroom very outdated, need to replace bath as it is awkward/dangerous getting in/out, replace with walk in shower. Very well located and reasonable value for money. I would stay again but book further in advance for chance of getting an improved room.

Hostel/Hotel in excellent position

Essentially a very nice room in an excellent position in the centre of Alicante. 1 street back from the front, port and sea. Everything is done with access codes. I only saw someone from the hotel once. Access codes were sent to me (in Spanish but easy to understand). My only criticism is the room had a small space outside but this had no view just an area open to the sky. On the plus side modern room air conditioning, large TV ( no English channels but Netflix ). Directly outside the room was a coffee pod machine (with lots of pods) and a kettle. Easy to get the bus from the airport to the port and then just walk to the hotel (3 minutes). In all a good place to stay for a short break.
