The layout of the resort and proximity of our room to all the adminities, including the beach was convenient. We were on the 1st floor, garden view. Expedia sponsored a cocktail hour for a meet and greet with the resort managers. What a wonderful time. Jose the general mgr., has delivered impeccable customer service with his staff. The ladies in guest services helped when the app wasn't able to book our dinner reservations. They also personally brought my charter caught wahoo fillets to the chef of Pescari, who cooked them perfectly. The Vibe(entertainment) Team, were so friendly and provided great DJs, excitement and energy to all the pool activities and nighttime entertainment. Nighttime entertainment was well chorographed and routines were very enjoyable. Bartenders made great drinks, nothing watered down. All good remarks for the buffet, plenty of food, variety, all with the taste of the West Indies. We ate at every restaurant and enjoyed everything we tried. We only wish the all bars had the same drink mixes. The hours of the water sports were not well posted and we would have preferred them to be offered later in the day as the suns heat cooled down. Having a day pass to the other Royalton would be a nice option. Too many people to thank for our 9 day vacation, but Devon, AJanie in Vibe, Tavia in customer service and Nigil helped solidify our decision to come back to Antigua and Royalton Chic.
