There are three rooms, and ONE parking space. Don't misunderstand, it was not a problem for me because apparently I was the only guest there who rented a car, but expect that it CAN be a problem. In fact, parking is pretty much a problem ALL OVER Puerto Rico, so this is not a problem unique to 3050 Place! The room was nice with everything needed available. Communication with the "staff" was a bit of a problem as there is no on-site personnel to deal with, and communication is done over a 3rd party site with messages sent back and forth. There was a problem with getting the information to me on how to enter the building and get the key, but eventually we got everything sorted.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. To start off, the owner never sent us the instructions for check in. We got in late, and the owner did not answer our messages or calls, leaving us stranded at midnight. We had no option but to find another hotel for the night. When we finally got in contact with the owner the next day, they blamed the issue on us and Hotels.com saying we did not send the owner our phone number, which we were never asked about. On top of that, the owner sent an initial message on the Hotels.com website thanking us for staying with him, but he said he doesn’t send information over the website only phone. Even worse, the owner asked us not to go through Hotels.com because they would charge him so much money and this “was our fault and not his”. Apart from this horrendous issue, the AC in the main bedroom did not work. Would not stay again.

The owner was easy to reach when I had an issue with my lockbox and sent me my check in information in a timely fashion. The room was nice and cold when we arrived and they provided plenty of towels, tissue, soap, beach towels, and bathing towels. Room included mini fridge, table, coffee machine and supplies. I enjoy my stay and would pick this location again when I come.

We were not provided any amenities at all. We found at least 6 cockroaches in the room when we got back day two. We were given a roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay, they stayed there were extra toiletries on the vanity, there were none. We told them and they never came with any. We had to buy everything to stay, roller paper, napkins, trash bags etc. The window in the room was broken so it didn’t shut completely so we had to use the ac to block out the construction going on outside.

Rooms were clean and info provided for check in was awesome and on point. Could use a cofee pot and some cups for guest. Cofee is important in the morning. Ac real nice in both rooms. Love the shower and bathroom very spacious. Recommend a GFCI in bathroom and also at least one of the AC to stay on when not occupied set at 73 should do it. Again excellent this particular room slept 8 persons comfortable.

First of all the property is advertised as a two bedroom. It is not a two bedroom. It is a one bedroom with two beds in it. There is a difference. The property was basic and was proportionate to the price I paid. The shower was very big for those who don’t like small cramped showers The area was convenient to shops and dining and parking was out front. The host allowed us a late check out that was very convenient. However I spilled water on the bathroom floor. When I went to wipe it up with a white washcloth, the cloth was filthy. This floor has not been mopped recently. There is no place to hang your clothing. I was there for a wedding and I needed a place to hang my bridesmaid dress. There was no washcloths, or body wash provided. The only utensils were paper cups and spoons. We had to go buy paper plates. The internet did not work for the entire trip. The tv used Roku so we could not watch tv for the trip. I would stay there again for only one night but not for a longer trip.
