Sus instalaciones son muy bonitas, habitación de gran tamaño. La cama cómoda, podrían agregar mejores almohadas. Nos quedamos en el primer nivel, un poco ruidoso. La ubicación es buena, varios restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas. Una bonita experiencia, recomendado.

Esta propiedad es una excelente opcion para alojarse en BA, super recomiendo. Las instalaciones son modernas y muy amplias, cómodo todo. Ubicación inmejorable, con muy buenas opciones gastronomicas cerca, lugares de shopping y conectividad con medios públicos de transporte. Lo mejor sin dudas fue el personal de recepcion, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a dar buenos tips o asistir con lo necesario.

The highlight of my stay at this nice hotel was my interaction with the English speaking front desk staff. Specifically, Gabriel and Isis could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Volunteering helpful information knowing I was a tourist was very much appreciated. There was a third staffer that was just as helpful but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. This is located in more of a residential neighborhood/barrio although there are plenty of restaurants and stores to shop in for necessities, snacks and beverages. It’s walking distance to the horse race track and I enjoyed going and watching the ponies. There is a restaurant right next to the lobby that I don’t believe is affiliated with the actual hotel but they have their own entry exit door from the inside. It’s a modern decor restaurant that was super clean and very nice staff. The inside of my hotel room was nicely decorated and modern with a kitchen, including cooking pan and dishes and silverware for two. A decent medium-size refrigerator as well. The only two shortcomings I found were no paper towels in the kitchen and only toilet tissue in the bathroom, no hand tissues. There’s a nice but small rooftop terrace where the pool and hot tub are located and easy access from the 10th floor elevator stop. If I ever return to the Palermo neighborhood I will definitely stay here without even looking at other hotels. Also, the House Exchange Palermo two blocks away, gave current exchange rates for foreign currency.

The hotel is amazing and Daiana, Luca and Gabriel are an amazing team, the service was excellent, the tips about where to go, where to eat, what bus to take, amazing job of these guys! I’ll give an extra compliment just for Isis, because she was beyond of you are going to expect from the service. A nice person, with a beautiful smile, great heart and such a join doing what she does and this just make the service better. If I go back, of course I’ll book this place again.

Five Stars – A Perfect Stay at Casa Joseph Casa Joseph was the perfect landing spot for our first nights in Buenos Aires. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was stylish, clean, and incredibly cozy — a perfect mix of modern design and local charm. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. We also loved the rooftop terrace — a quiet retreat in the middle of a vibrant city. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Casa Joseph is in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood full of great restaurants, cafés, and local culture. We truly felt like we were in the heart of Buenos Aires. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. We’ll definitely be back!

I just had a fantastic time at Casa Joseph. The vibe was super welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the staff really made me feel at home. My room was spacious and stylish, with awesome views of the city and a cozy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! I loved hanging out by the rooftop pool; it was the perfect spot to chill and catch some sun.

Check-in was a breeze. Such a wonderful reception! Gabriel is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. He accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in. He is genuine, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Room was as pictured…spacious and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Casa Joseph. The place was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The only thing that would qualify as a negative was that there was a lot of street noise during the early evening, but by bedtime it settled down. Check out Cafe Pina across the street for a quick coffee, too. I’ll be staying at Casa Joseph my next time in Buenos Aires.
