舒適的環境，美好的回憶

第一次帶年邁的父母前往布拉格旅遊，艾格尼絲公寓飯店不論是地點（位於舊城區，不論是走到換匯所、波丹妮總店、天文鐘都非常方便，約莫5-10分鐘），服務（車站、機場及景點接送，飯店門口的熱紅酒與熱情的服務人員）以及早餐（豐盛好吃）都非常好。無線網路也非常快速。在訂房的時候，因為個人的疏失只訂了一間房，發現的時候已經要出國了，馬上寫信給艾格尼絲公寓飯店告知此事，馬上就收到回信，告訴我不用擔心，到了旅館之後，他們已經幫我多留了一間房間，價格也合宜，這點讓我非常感激，房間也很大，暖氣很舒適，父母對於此間旅館讚不絕口，非常推薦此間旅館，能夠入住真的非常幸運。

Eu e minha família estivemos hospedados na Residence Agnes no final de fevereiro de 2026 e tivemos uma experiência simplesmente impecável. O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, no centro de Praga, a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais atrações da cidade. Para visitar o Castelo de Praga, que fica um pouco mais distante, o próprio hotel gentilmente nos levou — um cuidado que fez toda a diferença. Ficamos hospedados no 3º andar, em quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e maravilhosos. Tudo muito bem cuidado e acolhedor. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a equipe: todos os funcionários demonstram uma cordialidade impressionante. A Victoria, em especial, foi de uma amabilidade incrível, organizando nossas reservas de restaurantes e de um concerto com muita atenção e eficiência.

Whenever I travel to Prague, this is where I stay. The service is outstanding. Upon arrival you are personally welcomed by a member of staff and taken to sit down. Check in proceeds like a friendly chat, alongcwith complimetary beverages that are available throughout your stay. The hotel itself is in a beautifully maintained historic building and is meticulously maintained and impeccably clean. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are so comfortable it makes you want to get one for home. The included breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of food ranging from strudel, to traditional cakes, right through to all the items you would see in a western hotel breakfast buffet. Add the fact that once again you are personally looked after by a member of the ever attentive staff and you will find yourself never wanting to leave. The quiet location of the hotel is just a short 5 - 6 minute stroll to the main square in the old town. Perfect for enjoying the best Prague gas to offer.

I can't tell enough how polite and intemate all people at the Agnes. Helpfull and kind. We asked for an early check-in (more than 3 hours)... they all helped us and let us in early in the morning. They are all very friendly and guide you what you need in a prety oldest town of europe. Hotel is in a perfect place in town. You can walk everywhere you want and have fun with the best local places... Do not hesitate to choose this place...

I chose this hotel because of the incredible service reviews — and they were absolutely spot on. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, the service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and their attention to detail truly made the stay exceptional. The location is unbeatable as well. It’s within easy walking distance to all the major sights in Prague — the Astronomical Clock, Old Town, Charles Bridge, and even the castle. We were able to explore everything on foot, which made the trip even more enjoyable. They also arranged airport transportation seamlessly, which made arrival and departure completely stress-free. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. You really can’t go wrong with this one!
