So this was an interesting stay. I’m not typically one to leave reviews, especially on hotels/rentals as I am a frequent traveler. I had booked this stay last minute as the pictures looked charming and the price was almost too good to be true. Was the place terrible? No. Do I think some more photos of the building/property would definitely be beneficial for all future visitors? yes. Now a few things stood out to me. Some may be minor - but worth mentioning. The check in process was very strange. It was a lot of steps, a lot of different numbers to text/call etc , checking email etc. made it a little extra. After them asking how many guests and responding 4, they had 4 towels waiting for us. Now this place has a hot tub and a pool.. I kindly texted one of the managers and asked for extra towels and I was told they did not provide them and we could wash them. I think for luxury apartments, the “security” could have been better. During the day they had a few guys in suits at the desk but the door was left open all day. Same at night , but at night there was usually nobody at the desk anyway.Not sure why we had an entry key fob to enter the door if it was open the entire time. We decided to spend our evening around at the hot tub the first night, just to go up and find 6 very loud and obnoxious older teens very drunk, blaring inappropriate music and cussing, so much so we left. Couldn’t even use the hot tub. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and had to wait hours for them to

The location of the unit was as expected however the kitchen and bath were poorly equipped, one dish towel, no paper towel, no tea or coffee pot, and no hairdryer for a five day stay. Many of the basic conveniences advertised were not supplied in the unit. I could have notified them perhaps I would’ve bought basic supplies but I didn’t feel that I should have had to. I booked for 5 nights and left in 3. I have never had this problem with any other hotel.com’s property that I rented

Apartment was nice. Smelled like piss when entering the property, nice rooftop but no smoking at the top so lame we already not smoking in the apartment now we can’t smoke on the rooftop is insane. Would I go back probably not nor would I recommend staying there.
