Ligger väldigt centralt och bra, nära till allt. Bostaden i sig var jättebra men lite obekväma sängar förutom den vanliga dubbelsängen. Boendet hade inte heller någon reception utan var enbart en dörr i väggen utan någon vidare skyltning så kändes mer som att bo i någon lägenhet än ett hotell.

The apartment was located on the 3rd floor of the building which could be accessed by lift or by a lovely marble staircase. We were met by Eduardo and he gave us a tour of the apartment. He was super friendly and gave us some really great advice on places to visit, restaurants and best places to pick up provisions. On entering the apartment we were extremely pleased to see that the property was as described and matched the pictures. In terms of location is couldn’t have been more perfect - right off the main square (2 mins away) and the same time by foot to stunning Valencia Cathedral

Ceci n'est pas un hôtel. Pas de service d'hôtel. Ce ne sont que des appartements meublés. Pas de service de réception, pas de possibilité de laisser aucun bagage après le chek out: on vous demandera d'aller dans une consigne automatique à bagages qui se trouve dans une autre adresse. Si vous avez besoin des services d'un hôtel, passez votre chemin!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very basic, small, mini refrigerator barely kept anything cold, no glass cups, wine opener, etc. Rooftop deck had no views. Location was great, close to Ramblas and everything.

The property was a bit tricky to find, but thankfully the agent met us outside and took us through the check-in process, and it was much smoother than I expected. A Nice Apt in the heart of it all in Valencia's Historic Center. We walked to all the main attractions, and the area had everything we needed. The only issue was a bit of noise, and the fact that the closest public Parking was quite a walk away. about 10 blocks and 10-15 minutes away.

Please do not stay here if you're looking for a good nights sleep. I stayed in R-2 (first floor room), and I assume this is the same for the other rooms. Before I continue, I've given the hosts 2 weeks to reply to my complaint, with no response. The room itself is fine. However, during the night and early hours, the noise from the surrounding streets and inside the building was unbearable. I had minimal sleep for the 2 nights that I stayed here. Music, people, vehicles, doors constantly being slammed, trolleys/bins being moved around outside, all into the early hours. With no sound-proofing, you can hear everything as if you are sleeping outside. I've stayed centrally in many cities, and never experienced this level of constant noise and clarity. After the first night I did complain to the hosts, and while I was offered different accommodation nearby, I felt rather insulted to be asked to pay more. It's not because I wanted to change location or upgrade, it's because the room isn't fit for purpose. In the end, I only stayed for 2 nights (I originally booked for 3) as had to get home early, but I'm actually glad as I'm not sure I could have put up with another nights stay here. Just making you aware before you spend your money, it won't be worth it.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment für 2 Personen (nur die Küchenhandtücher fehlten, sonst war wirklich alles vorhanden vom Bügeleisen/-brett bis zu den Tabs für Spül-/ Waschmaschine). Gelegen mitten im historischen Zentrum, gehört der abendliche Lärm aus den Bars/Restaurants und durch die Müllabfuhr dazu, deshalb vorsichtshalber Oropax mitbringen. Störend war der Geruch duch die Abflüsse (scheinbar ein gängiges Problem vor Ort), deshalb 1 Punkt Abzug.

Absolut zentral gelegene 2 1/2 Dachzimmerwohnung mit Terrasse. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sämtliche Geräte von Abwaschmachine, Backofen, grosser Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler, Waschmaschine bis Bügeleisen vorhanden. Sehr ruhig. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

I stayed in an excellent apartment in central Valencia at Boutique Redonda. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, clean and the full kitchen has everything needed for even a long stay. The air conditioning is powerful and goes throughout the apartment. The position is down a little laneway, but I always felt safe as a solo traveller, it's walking distance to main squares and lots of eateries very close by. I was met promptly by friendly and efficient Nabila and Eduardo was just a message away. I didn't manage to work out the lift operation, but I was happier using the stairs anyway. Only downsides: the bathroom cabinet is ready to be replaced and the bathroom sometimes had some damp/off smells; the noise from local restaurants can be quite loud. First night it was just a background buzz, but the second night a big party close by was very noisy, with garbage bins being dragged around at 1am. So, if sensitive to noise, this place may not suit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the very comfortable bed and convenience of a kitchen.

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and very conveniently located. The "round square" has plenty of options for dining and drinks. Everything else is just a short walk away. The little terrace was a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before heading out for the day. Beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. The kitchen had everything you needed to be comfortable and having a washing machine was a bonus!

Appartement loué R3. 1er étage assez sombre et surtout les fenêtres donnent sur la terrasse d'un restaurant donc très bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin minimun. Et la douche froide car aucune pression au niveau de l'eau chaude. Je ne renouvellerai pas l'experience en tous cas dans cet appartement.
