Its a great value

So on Hotels.com it says that they had an airport transfer from the airport. It’s one of the reasons I went with this hotel. But when I landed for my flight they said that was no longer available and that I would need to get a taxi. That was annoying, and should probably be updated. The lady was also eating while they were on the phone with me so I couldn’t catch all of what they were saying. The room was great considering the price. You can tell the room has been through a lot, but they really cared about how clean it was. They had a microwave, a nice size fridge, a bathtub, a TV, a couch with a pullout bed, and it was VERY spacious room. It was just me staying, but if you need have a group this is a good place to consider. Overall the stay was good. Easy check in, easy checkout. I’ll definitely keep these guys in my top 5 list.

Pretty scary to be honest… Full of homeless people that are drunk all night and shouting. Somebody kept knocking on my hotel room door throughout the night. The bed sheets had cigarette burns on. It was quite an experience. The night receptionist was friendly, he obviously has to deal with so many in-ruly people.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The room was not that great and you could hear everything outside your door. They charge a $50 non refundable pet fee for a place that was a dump. Don’t waste your time or money for this sad excuse for a motel. Not too mention the area around it had a lot of shady characters hanging around and the parking was nearly non existent.

I stay here everytime I’m in Anchorage. I can stay anywhere else in this city but I choose here. My new spot in town. When you come you should try the Japanese restaurant too it’s good stuff

the hotel no longer offered any transportation from the airport, and no longer had breakfast and the taxi driver was most hesitant about leaving us at the hotel because of its location. The place was clean and quiet but seemed to be in the middle of a renovation. nothing at hotel seemed to match up with the information on the web site . we felt safe and secure at the hotel, but it did not match up to the web site information. the room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

My experience here was great overall. Clean but the linings were old. The towels were old, but they were extremely clean. Steam cleaned the lobby and everything. The beautiful lady checking people in was very nice wife like nice. The owner doesn’t say much but even she was picking up crap people put down. The only downside was it needs sound proof windows. It’s right next to the road. 2 get a new microwave that one is too old and leaves a smell after and before use. I would stay here again
