The hotel staff were polite and very welcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel is located in a small alley, so it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest subway and bus stops, as well as to the closest convenience store. The in-room amenities were limited—basic items were provided, but there were no more detailed touches such as hair ties, a comb, or bath salts. The coffee in the lobby wasn’t very good, and there were no other welcome drinks available. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer function, so it wasn’t possible to store ice cream. Overall, it is a comfortable hotel that meets basic needs. Thank you for the hospitality.

Compact room but great use of the space. I appreciated the mini fridge, slippers and night gown that were free to use with the room. There was also a microwave in the lobby along with free coffee. I communicated just fine with the staff in English, they were accommodating for storing luggage early before checkin. The lobby was nicely decorated. I love the giant stone/moss ball.

新しくて、とても綺麗なホテルでした。四条烏丸からも近いのでアクセスも良いです。 またホテル自体もモダンなデザインでおしゃれです。 最近よくある、高級ホテルの廉価版という感じで、いろいろなところがシンプルになっています。 泊まるだけならとても満足度は高いと思います。 なお、タバコの匂いがそこかしこからしていたので、換気や空気の流れを考慮した方が良いと思います。 あとちょっと壁が薄いのか、よくあるビジネスホテル並に外の声などがよく聞こえます。
