Arrivati il 30 agosto, accoglienza gentile, il personale ci annuncia un upgrade da doppia a tripla con finestra vista mare. Bene sulla carta, peccato che la realtà sia un’altra. La stanza: il letto matrimoniale non era tale, ma due materassi buttati insieme. Risultato? Una fossa in mezzo che ci ha distrutto la schiena in tre notti. Da un hotel turistico è un errore imperdonabile. Il ristorante: menù stampato su due fogli pinzati, improvvisato. Pizza con ingredienti discreti ma impasto gommoso, pesante, senza tecnica. Non basta la materia prima se manca la mano. La colazione: buffet povero, quasi imbarazzante per quanto paghi questa struttura. Con quello che costa, ti aspetti un’offerta più ampia, non due brioches buttate lì. La pulizia: sotto al letto polvere evidente, segno che le camere non vengono curate come dovrebbero. Il check-out: segnaliamo il problema del letto e ci sentiamo rispondere “non siamo un hotel a 5 stelle”. Risposta fuori luogo e irrispettosa: non serve essere un 5 stelle per avere un letto decente e pulizia minima. Ci viene proposto un topper o un’altra camera, ma troppo tardi: la fiducia era finita. E il colmo? Nessun rimborso, nonostante ce ne siamo andati 5 notti prima, e addirittura la pretesa di farci pagare 9€ di tasse di soggiorno su un conto da oltre 980€. Una beffa oltre al danno. Siamo andati via dopo 3 notti invece delle 8 prenotate. Esperienza negativa, mai più. Altro che due stelle: questa struttura ne meriterebbe una sola

Buono,ma si può migliorare

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono molto gentili e accoglienti. Sanno consigliarti da cibo ale cose da vedere nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo mangiato anche aloro ristorante, devo dire tutto molto buono. Le camere non sono da wow,molto essenziali,semplici e vecchi stampo,ma nel complesso,per una notte va più che bene.

Centrale e molto comoda per andare a piedi sia alla spiaggia che in centro paese per una passeggiata serale. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Le camere non sono molto belle, ma la sala delle colazioni è molto graziosa e la comodità di raggiungere a piedi tutto è impagabile.
