This property has one floor of a building with five or six rooms. Rooms were clean and good-size for a downtown location. Walking distance to the Acropolis and in the heart of the tourist area.

The rooms in the hotel were modern, clean, and pretty quiet. The building itself was far more utilitarian (lobby, lifts). Christina, the staff person we dealt with via WhatsApp, was excellent - quick responses and very efficient. If you're looking for a lively neighborhood with plenty to see and do within walking distance, this is a good bet.

Lovely hotel in an incredible location surrounded by dozens and dozens of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable too. Christina our host, was extremely efficient and accommodating, storing our luggage for a few hours after checkout. She really came to the rescue when our car to the airport didn’t turn up. Thank you Christina! A special thanks to the housekeeper (Leah?) who did a great job and always had a smile for us. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Athens.

Room was a really good size, really clean and comfortable. The Property itself is a bit sketchy to get to. Instructions were clear but you have to go up to the fourth floor through a multi tenant/use property using an elevator with no inner door! Was so close to the Metro and walkable to the Acropolis and area. Be aware that this property is licensed as a short term rental, not a hotel, so there is no onsite person and the local tax is 8€ not 2€ because of that.

Christina made our stay so wonderful. The elegance suites were large enough to be very comfortable, and they were so helpful with any questions we had. They offered to store our bags after checkout so we could continue to explore which was very helpful. Monistiraki is super close, as well as the metro. The bed was so comfortable too. Some traffic noise, but all in all, 12/10, would stay again.

Great place to stay in Athens. Clean, spacious, convenient location! Christina was lovely and extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests. Everything was so walkable - shops and bars and restaurants everywhere. Special shoutout to the housekeeping lady who was so sweet. I would highly recommend staying here whether a short or long stay!

Ottima soluzione alternativa all’Hotel

Partiamo dalla camera che è la cosa più importante: bella, veramente spaziosa, arredo moderno e funzionale. Toilette grande, con uno spazio doccia meraviglioso. Posizione strategica a 100 metri dalla piazza centrale del quartiere Monastiraki - fermata della metropolitana di fronte (50 metri). Tutto il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o nel giro di 2/3 fermate di metropolitana. Questa sistemazione è stata una validissima alternativa all’hotel

Está OK, cuarto cómodo pero edificio viejo

La habitación es muy linda, entrada muy fácil y todo muy bien. El problema es que el edificio ya es muy viejo y un poco feo pero la habitación si vale mucho la pena.
