The room was cozy and clean with a fantastic view of the forest and lagoon. All the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the breakfast hand delievered every morning and were very pleased with how tidy our room was after staff came in to clean. Boa Boa was our favourite stay this vacation. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful and all of the rooms were wonderful. We had the best sleep in the king sized beds! Having access to the water and some free kayaks really added such a bonus to our trip. I highly suggest getting up early to watch the sunrise and do a little paddle. There was lots of street parking for our car and the neighbourhood was very quiet. We look forward to our next day at Boa Boa and can’t wait to see what these amazing folks do next with their artistic talents.

Loved it!

The room was perfectly located with a great view of the lagoon. It had a balcony where I enjoyed breakfast and coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly, caring and flexible to requests. The docks next to the lagoon are magical places too.

Right at the lagoon and with a beautiful view. The staff was great! so kind and helpful even before my arrival. We loved the cabin and the cute breakfast basket. If wanting to go to the city center you (or the staff) can just call or text a taxi, it’s a 10 min drive.

We had a great stay. The staff are lovely and the rooms clean and spacious. Amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Free kayaks which was a lot of fun! The views from the deck was stunning also. Breakfast, Coffe and water were included, which we enjoyed. The hotel is about a 10 min drive or 35 min walk into Bacalar. There's lots of great bars and restaurants there! The only slight negative was the noise from the road at night but ear plugs worked well and we were in one of the rooms closer to the highway. Definitely recommend staying here, we loved it. Hopefully be back again.
