游泳池在半戶外,所以難免會有蟲子或樹葉、但小朋友還是玩的很開心,住在馬路邊多少會有一些車子的聲音,房間多，床枕頭都很舒服，整體住的非常溫馨舒適，家人都住的很開心，唯一最大硬體設施缺點就是只有一間浴室可以洗澡、住的人多要互相等很久才能洗、廁所有三間，有洗衣機，烘衣機很方便使用
