Great place to stay. Location cannot be beat. It’s in the heart of the Florence activity. Staff was helpful and ordered a taxi for us since ordering on your own can be a bit more complicated.

This was a lovely hotel right in the center of the Duomo area, walkable to everything. It was very safe, clean, and had all of the amenities you need, including air conditioning, comfortable beds, hair dryer and room darkening window treatments, plus the owners and staff are very kind and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

From start to finish this was a splendid stay. Checkin was seamless and friendly. Matteo was extremely quick to answer any questions, guiding me to good parking choices and other inquiries.
