Super amazing staff. Very sincere and kind. The hotel want exactly like pics, but few are…PV is awesome and if you’ve never been go. Nothing to complain about with this hotel. Super basic, needs some love and a good fluff up!

Great value

Nice family owned hotel in the heart of puerto vallarta Zona Romantica, everything at walking distance from sitdown restaurants to taco stands and pharmacy. The staff and owner are extremely friendly, the amenities and the rooms are clean and have a beutiful view of the old town from the balconies. My wife and I stayed here for 9 days and we greatly reccomend it.

We had the master suite. The room was really nice and clean. Water pressure was on the low side. But that seems to be an issue all over town not just the hotel. The pool area was also nice and very clean. The staff were amazing. All of them were very friendly and attentive. And would go out of their way to help out. Down side my husband is a light sleeper and was bothered by early morning construction noise from across the street. ( not the hotels fault) ear plugs helped but you still hear it. Over all experience was easily 9/10 and we will both stay here agian. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

This hotel has a great location . Close to restaurants and beach. Happy with cleanliness. Our double master suite however wasn’t the best. It started smelling bad after a day (sewer smell). Double beds can’t really fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers since mattresses are worn in middle and make you roll to each other. Kitchen was insufficient for 4 people: 2 mugs, 2 knives etc…The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on…let alone sleep on it. The put 1 sheet on it making us wonder if this was supposed to be a bed( but what to do with 1 sheet…). The worst experience came at checkout. We were charged 35 CAD for stains on a sheet (a Mexican hemd we bought must have rubbed off). This price is ridiculous, I don’t pay that much even in Canada. Also, cleaning staff apparently count every towel you get and they actually claimed there were towels missing and were ready to charge us for it. While it was the cleaners that took them without replacing. They also left us without toilet paper one day. I didn’t want to let all this ruin my vacation so I didn’t complain but our experience at checkout spoiled our holiday in the end. Be warned!

Many restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach area. It’s a lively area. You need to be patient to get a shower at least on the third floor. Low water pressure and long wait for hot water. Construction across the street made for a lot of noise by the pool.

Hotel PV was just what we needed for an affordable comfortable stay while vacationing for 2 weeks in PV. The staff receives a gold star as they were very helpful and kind. The Master Suite was comfortable and clean. Comfy beds, AC, and working full kitchen. Water was supplied regularly. My only recommendations for improvement would be to have the pool heated and possibly more English TV channels. Location was just outside the more Americanized area of PV so you could walk to restaurants but stay in a more authentic Mexican neighborhood that was not as touristy. I’d come back here again for a future PV trip!

Love the staff at this hotel ! I have been here twice and they are all so Welcoming and helpful throughout your stay. It’s in the heart of downtown romántica. Lots of great restaurants and walkable to everything you need. Only thing to note is it is noisy streets. Your in the liveliness of downtown.

The staff was the best I have ever had. The room was plain but very clean. The air conditioning kept the room very cool. Breakfast was made right in front of you and it was delicious. We stayed 10 days and we will definitely be coming back next year. The best part was the staff told us some amazing places to eat. 11 out of 10 in my books.
