有超棒的公共空間，房間裡的廚具設備非常完善，浴室和床櫃空間都很棒，還附有洗衣機烘衣機，一次洗烘只要五歐，櫃檯還會給兩顆洗衣球，超棒。離車站走路6分鐘而已，路上還有 dm ，非常適合多住幾天。

Courteous and helpful staff. Very accommodating for any requests. A few minutes walk from Ostkreus train station with good connectivity. We would recommend this property.

Moderne fasiliteter og god service. Fikk bytte rom fordi sengetøy + håndklær ikke var rene med svarte hår på (uprofesjonelt, men de tok det seriøst). I nytt rom var det rent, men safen tom for batteri. Det fikk de ordnet raskt. Andre gangen jeg bor her, kommer tilbake igjen fordi jeg verdsetter fasilitetene og personalet.

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern! The room was comfortable and the shower amazing, but the bed was not good (little and Thin hard mattress). The localization was great, with public transportation nearby!

Would not recommend staying here.

Overall, I think this is an overpriced place and not that clean. My room was on the main road so it was noisy throughout the day if you like to have the window open (there is no air conditioning, so it can get warm if it is not open). There is currently construction going on so it can get noisy because of that and a bit dusty (apparently there has been construction going on for a bit). In terms of cleanliness, at one point I had a fly infestation by my bed, the sheets were stained and the towels smelled funny. The rooms were not cleaned completely when requested and one morning there was no water running, then it took around an hour to come back up again (this was not communicated to us, I had to go to reception to ask what happened). There was one lady at the reception who was very very lovely, but one guy who was not that patient and made my check in and check out feel very rushed. In terms of transport, it's very close to the train station (also about 15 minutes or so away from the airport by train). If you don't mind being a little further out from the central areas then this place is ok. If you do, I'd recommend going a little closer to town. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. I'd give it a total of 3/10.

Kein gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Lüftung, dadurch war die Luft sehr stickig, obwohl es draußen nicht heiß war. Um frische Luft zu bekommen, mussten wir das Fenster öffnen, was wegen der Hauptstraße und dem sehr regen Bahnverkehr extrem laut war. Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können und die Handtücher waren alt und teilweise mit Löchern. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage, aber insgesamt hätten wir uns für den Preis deutlich mehr Komfort und Qualität erwartet.

Not so good hotel in summer.

The room was hot as there was no AC and no fan. Had to keep the window open to get some air inside. The room was facing the railway track and road. I could not sleep a bit because of the constant noise. The least they can do is install a fan if not AC. The bathroom had no storage place to keep the toiletries. Overall, a very minimalist hotel.

Comfortable

A very good accomodation close to the Ostkreutz station with frequent trains into to city centre within minutes. Friendly and helpfull staff. A mix of quiet neighbourhood and trains passing by with rooms not chosing waterfront view. But if you close the tripple-glased window no noise could be heard. Nice, well-designed and clean apartment. Only negative was that in the heat of the summer (+30) the window at night could not be open (because of the noise) as there is no ac. I suppose in moderate temperatures room temp will be ok.

Top Hotel, fast Ferienwohnung :)

Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit direktem Blick aufs Ostkreuz (in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar), sehr sauber, super bequemes Bett und sogar eine kleine Küche mit allem möglichen Zubehör von Weingläsern über Herdplatten bis hin zur Spülmaschine. Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen!
