Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spotless. Staff were exceptional. Only complaint I have is the rooms don't have PowerPoints next to bed so you can't plug in your phones. There is a plug on other side of room but we needed a plug next to bed to plug in CPAP machine as it wouldn't reach.The tea and coffee facility in hallway should have milk in fridge for people that don't want to go downstairs for breakfast. Cleaners should be checking when they finish cleaning rooms.Overall very happy with stay just needed to point those two things out.

There are no attached bathrooms or toilets. You are supposed to use community toilets which I have experienced first time in my life. There are no lifts and you have to lug all luggage over to your allotted room upstairs. On positive side, there is a large nice varandah with a nice view of the sea.

I was impressed by the overall ambiance of the venue the basic room was very well presented the shared mens ablution facilities were extremely pleasant and scrupulously clean. My only fault The floor level of the facility is 30cms approximately above the hall passageway leading to it. There needs to be a prominently displayed sign at eye height on the wall adjacent to the exit door. Guests are more likely to forget this height difference resulting in a potentially dangerous fall. I admit this was the case for me fortunately nothing broken just a skun elbow and a bit of blood. I will be quite happy to stay again. Please consider my request for the implementation of appropriate action
