Staff was more than friendly and helpful they were the best part, and pool was perfect for the little ones. the location is perfect for getting around Nashville while avoiding the crazy traffic. The only issue we had was parking our truck we can’t fit in the underground garage so we had to street park, we found parking fairly easily but there was a lot of glass from broken windows on the street. We didn’t have a problem with the truck being broken into, but you could tell it’s an issue in the area it seems like all of Nashville is dealing with vehicle break ins. The Recommendation the local police gave us was to leave the glove box and center console open so they can see nothing is in the vehicle.

Easy, Affordable, Friendly, Clean

We booked same day ( around 9 AM and checked in at 4 PM). 1 bedroom on the 7th floor. View was nice. Simple design, clean, and everything was as described. Parking was 27 per night and easy. The water pressure was awful. The water pressure was our only complaint. A few things need to be fixed in and around the hotel ( the door to housekeeping storage was badly damaged for example). The staff were fantastic and the other guests were nice, quiet , and family friendly. Several guests had well behaved dogs. It would have been damn near perfect if that water pressure was good. To give you an idea of how bad the water pressure was; The jets of the shower didn't come out but for about 9 inches before the water just arched down towards the shower floor. It couldn't spray the back wall of the shower or even reach the center drain. Pretty bad water pressure, right? Otherwise, like I said...I liked it over all and would definitely stay again considering all the other good qualities and by comparison to many of the other places in that area of Nashville ( downtown/music row/ Vanderbilt health access), it was safe, nice, clean, affordable, and comfortable.

Perfect Location, Perfect Hotel

The motif is a fantastic hotel. I love the feeling of luxury apartment living. From the lobby to the room, everything was cozy and well kept. The kitchen had the tools I needed to cook several meals. The balcony was fantastic. The entire stay was A+. It was so quiet and the dark, cool rooms made for perfect sleeping. This is my Nashville choice for a hotel going forward.

Great room, parking leaves alot to be desired.

Hotel room was great. Parking garage not so much. When we got back from a concert we found that there were zero parking spots left in the garage. They advise to pay for parking as soon as you get in, but then when you come back for the night there are no spots left? Additionally once you get to the very bottom looking for a spot, there is no easy way to turn around!

Great place but Flintstone like beds

Room was super clean and nice like a modern apartment. Good location and would absolutely stay again, however not with a family of 5 like we had. Sofa was not a pull out and the cushions were hard as a rock. The same for the mattress. Was so firm it hurt my shoulders and back and I couldn’t sleep if it weren’t for the three pillows I put under me. Was nothing like I’ve ever experienced. Check in was good except you’d better show up on or after the check in of 4pm or have to pay a $50 early check in fee, that was off putting but ok, I get it. Overall would love it but wow, get softer beds please!!!!
