I had a great experiance at the motif i loved the rooms. I stayed in a 2 bedroom Superior suite and each room had there own bathroom.

Hotel does not have parking!

Hotel was excellent except pay attention to parking instructions regarding parking at the hotel. The hotel garage is NOT managed by the hotel. This was not made clear at check in. The elevator is not seperate from the hotel. No obvious signage stating this. The implication is the cost will be added to the bill. NOT! We stayed one night and upon leaving there was a notice on the car we had to pay for parking to a 3rd party that included a $20 penalty and a $5 proccessing fee for not paying when we entered. The desk confirmed this was correct and nothing they could do about it.

Family 1 day trip great location horrible parking

We stopped for a day before heading to South Carolina. Everything was beautiful but the parking was a pain. 1st the parking app would not send me code to pay 25.99 to park there a day. Then my brothers truck did not fit in the garage . It’s for vehicles that are 6 ft or under so if you have a truck you can not park in the parking lot . They only offer a few about 5 free parking spots in front of the hotel. Other than that situation taking about 2 hours of our time to figure out the , location. Is amazing , service ok, but I think over people are not the friendliest in Nashville. Hope this helps

Well I did not get to stay. I accidentally reserved the wrong night by 24hrs. When I went to Hotels.com support, the A.I. assistant said I needed to ask the hotel for a refund. Hotel Motif did not give me a refund. No services rendered, but they still made off with my money. This has shaken my confidence in reserving hotels with Hotels.com, Hotel Motif, and online booking services in general. A simple clerical error on my part is so harshly punished without mercy. That being said, the staff were highly personable and friendly, but the sting of losing out on my stay in Nashville still hurts like a b****.

An amazing place to stay

What an amazing place to stay! We were close to everything but not In the middle of it all. The room was huge, we had 2 bedrooms and they were both great size, the full kitchen and washer and dryer was awesome. Parking is 27 a night and is separate, they should tell people that because I heard some people were not happy with it. The pool was so nice and a great size for our kids to play in, the location was perfect! You have more than enough space to put your clothes, we were super thrilled with this, it worked out perfect for what we needed. The place is super clean and has a new hotel smell.

I enjoy Nashville & I’m fortunate 2 have visited a few times. This was my 1st time staying at the hotel & it was an enjoyable experience. The room was clean & the location is a plus… the staff really made this a more enjoyable experience… starting with saleema. She was the 1st staff member i encountered & she was consistently warm & helpful. As were the other members… Jonae, Victoria, marquis & caitlyn (the gm) all helped to make this a pleasurable stay. This hotel is winning with this team. I’d recommend this hotel to loved ones.
