Dirty counter and towels.

It didn't look like our room was properly cleaned prior to our stay. There was make up on the bathroom wall, some odd brown droplets dried in the counter... possibly lotion? And the towels had crusty red stuff stuck on one of them, so I was worried about using any of the towels. The walls were pretty insulated though. I was impressed by how we didn't hear any of the poeple in other rooms. Of it wasn't for the cleanliness I would recommend staying here, but I'm big on that.

Requested adjoining rooms. We weren't even on same floor or building. Bathroom dirty. Roaches in 1 room, no toilet paper. Never seen or spoke to real person. Kiosk only

I have stayed here twice in the past and had a great experience! This last stay was not as good, the room we got was not as clean and the service we got when checking in was not as inviting. In the past the in person female that works at the front desk is helpful and welcoming.

Do not stay

We checked in and the room we were assigned to was NOT cleaned! It had dirty sheets, I let them know nicely, they gave me another room, that one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and was NOT CLEAN (btw it says it’s supposed to be non smoking right?), I go back, they then give ME ANOTHER ROOM, that one smelled worse and WASNT CLEAN AGAIN! I don’t know what happened, but I was fed up, this is my first experience as I heard good reviews but I guess not. We finally get a clean nice room. When I asked for a manager on duty, apparently they don’t have a manager????? When I checked out I expressed my concerns and frustrations of the cleanliness, their excuse was not enough house keepers, I get that, but if you have lots of people checking in, rooms should be clean right ? Anyway they weren’t helpful and basically told me it’s not their problem and couldn’t offer or do anything else to help me when I asked if they could give me a discount for my inconveniences. I’m not a Karen but that was crazy to see all this when I’m trying to check in and relax! Other than that I feel this is not the best option for a cheap stay, find somewhere better and safer! We also had a housekeeping guy (I believe to be) come into our room without knocking or making sure there were people in there, and he said sorry and walked back out😭 interesting experience for my first stay here.

Super cheap, but a bit rough

I stayed 3 nights with a friend on a fishing trip to lakes near Flagstaff and this place was very inexpensive compared to other hotels with a kitchenette. The positives are price, there isn't anything with a kitchenette that is even close, we paid about $65 a night for two people, the next closest pricewise was over $100 per night. Its location is good, right in town near some food and a Walmart, which is convenient. Unfortunately, at this price point, you aren't getting a room that looks anything like the stock photo. The rooms are pretty worn and not clean at all. There are also a lot of 'interesting' folks staying there, we even had some guy banging on our door in the middle of the night looking for 'Jose', he had the wrong room. The front desk man was rather hostile and rude, but I'm sure he interacts with a lot of difficult people. Due to the low price, we discovered that many of the people staying there are long-term renters, which contributes to the interesting atmosphere. Overall, if I was with a group of guys who don't care about the place being clean or too safe, I might stay again because it is so cheap. Would not bring my family here and would not recommend it for women traveling alone.

This hotel doesn't deserved even 1 star

Hotel wanted to charge us $25 because we got there too early for check in. It was supposed to be an extended stay with kitchen. No utensils, no plates, no pots, no pans. Refrigerator opened in the wrong direction. No toiletries. It was a dump.

Nicer than expected

When you hear Motel 6, you think cheap rooms. This room was quite expensive. It was almost a $100. It was clean, it was more updated. The guy at the front desk was a bit on the rude side and acted like he didn't want to be there. the t.v didn't work and they wouldn't fix it, but the beds were supercomfortable. It was really clean. It was in a nice area. Police were driving through so I felt safe traveling by myself.

Nice visit

The beds were a bit rickety and dipped but otherwise everything was great. The office offered coffee which was nice. The room was clean and AC was great! No bugs, no screaming children and no unsavory tenants. I felt like my car was safe there.

My room is always clean when I stay there. This trip wasnt so great. I go for vusiness and I sleep in the daytime but the people in the room above mine were so loud day and night. I believe they were intoxicated and they were drunk fighting all day and night. It made me very uncomfortable. Needless to say the clientele there isn't the best..
