Stayed in Molly's basic apartment for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and handy to all the city has to offer. Although the building has some issues- hallway was musty and carpets water stained- once inside the apartment this was not an issue. Overall happy with our stay.

Good location in proximity to everything you need in the CBD, trams and metro are also very accessible. Accommodation were OK, there was construction and a weird smell in the hallway. The hosts are not at all responsive to inquiries about accommodations for early check in or late check out (months and weeks in advance no less). Probably would not stay here again as there are better options nearby (like the Aspire).

We had a great time in Melbourne. The place is very cute and right next to the Queen Victoria Market. Please be sure to ask about parking as you can request it to be added to your stay. This was a lot cheaper than other options. Very nice pool and great location. Having laundry was also a bonus. Highly recommend.

The apartment is perfect from inside and has everything you will need for a good stay. Do not let the dirty corridor leading up to the apartment fool you. There is a super market right below and also east coast car rental which was super convenient for me. The beds specially are extremely comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep. The apartment was in a high rise building with a concierge on duty all day. We felt very secure walking around at night to and from a show and a football game; and the concierge was very helpful as far as hiw to catch trams/buses, etc. Very central to lots of lovely restaurants, markets and speciality shops. Definitely worth booking parking when making a reservation.

Check in and out process with the team was smooth and they had great communication. The apartment was great, the side we stayed on was quiet with not much noise. Its does need a little (TLC) on a few things that i noticed.(carpets and stovetop to be given a better clean) Although in saying so they are minor things and if i had to come back to melb in future i would not mind returning here.

For the price, this apartment is fantastic. The location is great and easy walk to city center & Queen Victoria Market. Very minimalist, but had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, including a HUGE TV. The apartment is in a private residential building and although the building could do with some new carpet, the pool, spa & sauna are great. Access to the building is secure and safe. We enjoyed our stay!!

Check in is not clear as it does not tell you that the accommodation is located in a private apartment building which is not called Molly's Little Apartments so we had trouble working out where we were supposed to go once the key was retrieved. This needs to be more clearly communicated. The hallway to the apartment is in need of a clean and there were open vents in the ceiling with wires hanging out. There was work going on so not sure if this was because of that or the norm. There were no hand towels or face washers provided. There is AC however not a separate one in the bedroom and with the door closed, this gets quite stuffy and hot. No furniture on the balcony if you want to sit outside. The apartment is in a good location and close to transport. No answer from host when asked about luggage storage prior to arrival.
