The hot tub was advertised in the booking via pictures on expedia/travelocity and staff informed me they would have maintenance clean it out for us, so we assumed we would have one to use. However, it turned out to not be accessible or allowed via owners, but Cool Cabins was kind enough to compensate us with late check out and waived our pet fee. Customer service was excellent. Place was very clean. Beautiful, great view of the ski mountain, Would stay again.
