I'll start with my only complaint--I asked to extend my stay by one night and asked if the rate of $50 would be the same for the second night. I was told "yes," the rate would be the same--that simple. Needless to say, I was very disappointed when the bill was $75 for that night--I was lied to, and that really disappointed me.
The manager told me that the person on the desk doesn't understand English too well--that doesn't change things, does it? If a person is tending the desk, they should call the manager if they don't understand something. Worse still, the manager did NOT offer to honor the rate quoted to me--I was told $50 and was charged $75.
This on the highway motel is clean, but there's a lot of traffic noise.
Wifi is not password protected!
