The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, local eateries, shopping, bars, and nightclubs, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, the transportation to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious. we especially highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner buffet! Our room was very clean and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly stay here again. 😊
