It was very nice stay in Dusseldorf. The hotel apartment is located by Rhine and very relaxed environment. I loved sauna in the facility.

Really nice, except for the TV. The TV Streaming options didn't work, so we were kind of bored in the evening for a price of 300€ per night unacceptable.

Lovely property. Beautiful rooms and views. Checkin process super confusing and impersonal. It’s supposed to be automated via your phone except you need the app to enter the building to start the process and do all the steps but if it’s your first time - you’re lost and your on the street looking in and no one is there. It’s an awful experience. I had to call Expedia, which then forwarded me to their office (thank god it’s was enduring the day - a late check in would have been a real problem). Alls well that ends well - got in eventually, the office assistant helped me register and sign in. Room and facilities were great. Check was a car crash.

The good and the not-so-good!

Nice property and very modern. Room had lots of amenities and they were all of a high quality, although it is quite snug/compact... even for one person. I was attending a large congress at the Messe, so the price for this property was very expensive. But in fairness, every property in the area increases their rates substantially. Room showed a bit of wear, but nothing too significant. My biggest complaint was the poor quality of the pillows and sheets/duvet cover . I did not sleep well the entire trip and woke with a neckache on most days. This is a relatively easy fix... just purchase higher quality sheets and some new pillows. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. I found two good restaurants very close to the property that offered take-away at reasonable prices. All in all, I would likely return.

Ich war zum wiederholten Mal im Zippers. Dieses Mal war ich für 2 Nächte im Appartement 1708 und hatte großes Pech mit den Nachbarn, die bis tief in die Nacht immer wieder die Türe geknallt haben, so dass das Zimmer vibriert und auf dem Balkon gevapet haben, so dass ich die Balkontür schließen musste. Meine Schlafqualität hat extrem gelitten und es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Wir hatten ein Apartament - Home Bett ist groß und gemütlich. Toller Ausblick auf Düsseldorf. Küchenzeile die für 2 Personen ausreicht. Streaming funktioniert nicht und das Personal weißt einen darauf hin aber bemüht sich nicht um eine Lösung. Die Abflüsse in Küche und Bad müssten mal wieder frei gemacht werden. Strassenbahn vor der Tür (10min bis in die City) 24Std Tankstelle vor der Tür Rhein vor der Tür

Check-in is a nightmare

The check-in was a mess. I spent 30 min to fill-in a form. To pay the 3€ tax was a nightmare as only credit/debit cards were accepted —> impossible to do it when a 2nd verification step is requested by your bank !!! And nobody available to help, no reception, nothing !!! Also no breakfast available. Room was perfect but will avoid this hotel in the future due to check-in process and no breakfast possibilities.
