Giselle was very helpful and so kind and respectful! The place was clean and Giselle got us to do early check in and took care of our luggage's !! Also got us our breakfast ready for our early flight today !! Would definitely recommend it . The area has full of restaurants to eat in and safe too !! 10/10

We had a short one night stay before our flight out of FCO. We chose this location for the convenience of getting a cab early morning. It is not a tourist location so don’t expect a lot of options for food and shopping near by. It is a bit of a walk to the area where we really wanted to explore across the Tiber River in Testaccio, just over a mile walk to the Aventine key hole. There is no staff at this location except for a few hours in the morning. We did the self check in around 2pm and the staff was already gone. They did send an email with self check in instructions for check in after 2:30 but I had to dig for them specifically through the numerous email that the property sent because they were already gone by 2. We really appreciate being able to check in early than any other property. I didn’t know what to expect, but this is not a traditional hotel, it is more of a large apartment with private rooms and a small common area. The room was a good size and we really appreciated having 3 beds so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. The bed was comfortable and the property and room were very clean.

Such a cute place and suited our needs. The staff was so helpful and communicative. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it. The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioner. It worked but was on the struggle bus. Overall though we were happy with our room.
