This place was amazing to stay at. View from our room was wonderful! The amenities were very nice even though we didn’t have time to utilize them. Nice area and we were able to walk to many places. We booked 2 1-bedroom suites for our wedding weekend for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready. Upon check in, we were given a 1 bedroom suite and a studio room. Level claimed it was due to how the booking came through from Expedia (hotels.com) despite my email confirmation showing the correct rooms were booked. The rooms were nice but this was a very stressful way to start our wedding weekend and we absolutely needed the extra space the 1 bdr suite provided.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location with easy access to hot spots in the city. The kitchen is beautiful and it’s very spacious. Katrina at the front desk was so accommodating and the service provided was beyond exceptional. The look and style of everything is very modern and the amenities are amazing. This was worth way more than what we paid and I am super picky about cleanliness, service, and overall presentation. The views from the top 31st floor of the city were beautiful.
