This property is absolutely beautiful! It was a palace back in the day, and you can see elements of that throughout the hotel, especially the dining room, which is stunning! You feel quite royal dining there.
We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely accommodating. I forgot the young man's name at reception, but he was extremely pleasant and was able to modify one of my reservations.
Paolo greeted us with a smile and a very warm welcoming demeanor. He showed us around the property and helped us with our luggage at both check-in and check-out. He was a pleasure to converse with and always very polite and attentive.
I have to give big props to Sofia who so eagerly helped me with so many questions and restaurant reservations! She rocks!
The room was very spacious and it boasted a nice sitting area. It had all the amenities one could ask for.
The buffet breakfast in the exquisite dining room was delicious and plentiful. It also included champagne.
Would return to the property in a heartbeat. Very reasonably priced, great staff, beautiful property, and a short 10 minute walk from the center of Porto and Livraria Lello. Loved it!
