I didn’t feel safe at the hotel with my and grandchildren. The hotel smell like someone was smoking marijuana by entrance of the hotel and and third floor. I was discuss with un safe environment . I checked in and took my family to safer and cleaner place. I would like to get my refund.

Las fotos del hotel no representan del todo la realidad; al verlas da la impresión de que es un lugar sucio, pero en realidad no es así. Las habitaciones están bien y son cómodas. Lamentablemente, el gimnasio no funcionaba durante mi estancia. Además, tuve la mala suerte de que la alarma se activaba muy seguido, lo cual resultaba bastante molesto y te asusta cuando ocurre. Durante toda mi estancia no realizaron el servicio de limpieza del cuarto, lo cual es un punto a mejorar. El desayuno es muy básico, pero cumple dentro de los parámetros esperados. En general, la experiencia fue aceptable, aunque hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer un mejor servicio al huésped.

Room was nice, but there was people in the hallway being loud after 10pm. Then I went to take a shower and the Shower knob was stripped so I couldn’t turn on the water. I did not complain because I was only there for 2 days, and I had showered before I arrived at the hotel.

It was a terrible experience, first of all the receptionist gave us a key for a room that was occupied, when we open the door all the room has someone else stuffs. And after he gave us another one the room was in front of the elavator, a lot of noise from outside. The sofa and the carpet was dirty with a lot of stains. At 6pm the fire alarm in our floor starts to ring with so much noise and scare us. We thought that we had to evacuate, try to call the front desk but the phone was not working. And finally came the night, the bed was comfortable, we was thinking that we could sleep the whole night, but then at 2am and at 5am the alarm was on again. The room get a lot of the noise and we couldn’t sleep, we should evacuate, terrible experience. In the morning we had breakfast, but no health options besides the apples and no juice

The room was dirty it had a smell throughout and the sheets were all stained all the pillows had glitter on them they didn’t clean the room well on the floor next to the night stand there was trash from previous people that were there before me.

The first room we checked into had dead cockaroaches in the bed and the room was cleaned we then went to the front desk and was given a second room thankfully it was clean. The bathrooms in the lobby were inoperable as well as the gym along with a couple of other amentities

Nos recibieron con la habitación sucia y en las noches que estuvimos jamás fueron a limpiar y nos dijeron que la tenían marcada como limpia, había cucarachas en la habitación, la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un hotel, deberían consideras quitarlo de su lista

Room felt like a second grade room, curtain was broken and suspending in corner and couldn't close, room smell was stuffy, shower curtain was broken in a few places on the rail and looked tatty. Staff look like they just woke up from a nap. Really will NEVER stay at the hotel chain again.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff refuses to return my $60 deposit, which they also require to be paid in cash. I called to resolve the issue and was told to call back the next day to speak with the manager. When I called again, no one answered. I have gone in person three times, and the manager, Shweta Patel, is never available or refuses to return the deposit. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place. Tuve una mala experiencia en este hotel. Los empleados se niegan a devolverme mi depósito de $60, el cual además solicitan únicamente en efectivo. Llamé para resolver el problema y me pidieron comunicarme al día siguiente para hablar con la gerente. Al volver a llamar, nadie respondió. He ido personalmente tres veces y la gerente, Shweta Patel, nunca está disponible o se niega a regresar el depósito. Muy mala atención al cliente. No recomiendo este lugar
