The room was nice and spacious, the air conditioning was arctic cold, lots of amenities were provided. Breakfast was great! The BBQ pork was very tasty, congee, fried noodles were available. Some western options like eggs, sausages, bread, etc. were also options. The staff were caring and attentive. We would love to come back soon to Riverside Hotel. Thanks for being a part of our vacation!

When I arrived the staff was nice and check in was smooth. I left my bags to go straight out into town, what I noticed before I left was that they were wet around the toilet, I thought maybe they had just cleaned. When I came back after a few hours, there was a sewage smell in the whole room. I contacted the reception who first wanted to solve it with fragrance spray... I had to stand up and say that I wanted a new room, in the end I got it and it was the same room except they didn't smell. Overall, breakfast good, location good, rooms? Should undergo a renovation..

I am from South Korea. This is my favorite hotel. Staffs are very kind and the room was clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is so delicious. Actually, this is my 2nd time to sleep in this hotel. In my opinion, Riverside hotel is the world's greatest hotel
