Building is woodframe, not concrete between floors, so noises carried between rooms and floors. Bed was on a cheap metal frame and moved when you sat on the bed. The kitchenette had NOTHING in it - no pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. - No coffee maker either.
The room had 2 small bathtowels and 2 washclothes. When I asked at the desk they had no more towels available and I was told the hotel doesn't use handtowels. No facial tissue in the rool either. Also no hair dryer.
And finally, the hotel clerk charged me an "Incidentals fee" despite the hotels.com guarantee that all fees were included. (I hopefully had that removed when I checked out.)
