We stayed here for 10 days while our son played soccer. Everything eas great and people were friendly. I even left my wallet outside and it was turned in entact. Felt very safe here.

Kiosk checkin not speedy

Overall, stay was nice, but the late checkin at the kiosk left a lot to be desired. Waited 20-30 minutes to get keys to then enter the hotel.

They have kictenettes and there is no dishes included. It says nothing about being an extended stay hotel but it is i guess so bring your own dishes.

Need to add additional anticipated perks.

The room was described as a "suite" with refrigerator, microwave and stove but absolutely nothing to use (e.g., dishes, glasses, cups, pans, etc.) There was no coffee maker in the room so we requested one. Did receive a few filters but no coffee. There was no hair dryer in the room and had to request one. There was no tissues in the room. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted by thermostat unless unit was completely turned off. There are times when no one is at the registration desk. Need to call a number and speak to someone on the phone if help is needed. The best thing about the hotel was its cleanliness.

No one around and no comfort

No one to check us in. Came in with our hands full at 10:00 pm to have to juggle everything and check in through a kiosk. Room was loud. Everything was made for someone short or in a wheelchair which made it loud with the hard flours and beds so low they were hard to get out of. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Blood on the shower curtain. No Kleenex. No shampoo or conditioner. No coffee or any type of breakfast/food. The entire time there we never saw an employee.

Smelly, dirty and loud. Check in at kiosks was terrible. Attendant was virtual. She was nice but overworked. Was answering other customers phone calls during check in. Run as fast as you can.

Kiosk Fail Just The Beginning Of A Sleepless Night

We arrived around 10:50 p.m. and the kiosk to check in is between two sets of doors and wasn't working. We called the phone number on the wall and they said they would "send someone down to assist us." Meanwhile, someone came to visit a friend who was staying at the hotel. They came down to let him in and they let us into the double doors to at least sit in the lobby cause it was freezing. We started eating our late-night dinner to kill time until someone arrived and when my friend went to toss the garbage, she noticed the screen on the kiosk was back online so we tapped the screen and finally talked to someone and we were able to check in. This was a 20 minute process to finally get keys in hand. We were in Room 317 and while the room was clean, the beds were the loudest beds I've ever heard in my life, like loud plastic twisting every time I turned over. But I didn't get a wink of sleep because the neighbors above us were stomping up and down the hallway all night long. Then there was arguing and even more stomping, it was so loud it seemed like it was outside our own door. And someone's car alarm kept going off and they didn't know how to shut it off. I get that you can't control the behavior of other guests but when there's no front desk to contact for physical assistance there was nothing we could do but suffer through it. There was no one to speak to on the way out either because the desk doesn't open til 9 a.m. If this is the future of hotel stays, yikes.

I could not check in at the after hours kiosk, 10 minutes after 6PM on Saturday, i am very upset that the hotel still has not reached out to re-emburse me for this, i never received a notice that the kiosk for after hours check in was not working or the fact that their weekend hours are different than shown on the booking app. Very disappointing, still no response on their end.

Horrible Check In

The check in took over 40 minutes because they blamed the service I used to book the reservation had me in a handicapped room that I didn’t need and she said she could not change it. She made me call expedia and they never answered so she kept tell me how the service I used is to blame and finally a Manager did some kind of override to get me checked in. They could of done that from the start but made me go through hoops until I said they must be able to change it on their end.

Awful experience, drive 20 hours from Florida, manager cancelled my 4 day reservation because we didn’t check in by midnight. I never knew hotels had time limits, rooms are reserved from 4pm-11am next day. We were stuck driving around at 3am look g for a room that allows dogs. No staff onsite to help or book a new room. I tried calling to inform them of my late arrival but no one is there after 6 on weekends, only a kiosk. On top of that she charged my card! Worst hotel experience ever!!!
