Stayed one night on arrival to SLC. 5 mins drive from airport. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room had everything we needed and was clean if a little dated. Breakfast served 6-9.30. Good selection for breakfast: cereals, toast, bagels, yogurt muffins, waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages. Walls very thin so we could hear voices next door and from corridor. Lights came through gaps in door also so we had to use pillows to block the gaps. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We were so tired after long journey from UK and slept well. Would stay again.

We stayed 1 night only. Mainly needed a hotel room with a full sized fridge due to a lot packed foods on our trip. This hotel room was the only option nearby from the airport. There were only 4 tiny pillows for a 4 person room. It would have been better with an extra pillow or two. The staff was kind to give us some dishwasher soap and sponge, which we forgot to bring. Breakfast was good for the family. The AC was very old and noisy. We kept it off for the night due to the noise.

My stay at Suburban Studios Salt Lake City was not that great. A lot of the amenities that were promised during the stay were either broken or not easy to use. For example, the hairdryer was broken and had to be replaced. Also, the faucet in the bathroom only had one working handle. The other one was broken. My friend who was staying with me, asked for a pan to use for the hot top burner and they gave her the wrong one. Then when we tried to use it, of course it didn’t work. The Wi-Fi did not work for most of the trip and we only got it to work after complaining twice about it. They finally brought maintenance over to fix the things that were wrong in the room. They provided a refrigerator, but we could barely open the door to use it. They also never brought a blanket up to our room when we requested one. I was hoping that they would provide liquid soap but they only had tiny bar soaps. We had to go buy our own. The continental breakfast was good, but their waffle maker did not cook the waffles all the way through.
