I really love this hotel. It was very beautiful. And the inside and outside. The rooms were super clean the furniture, the bedding. Everything was beautiful and clean. I love that. There is a full size. Refrigerator are working stove and a microwave and the furniture is beautiful.

Upon arrival I went to check in and they informed me that well asked "are you aware of our $100 dollar deposit" well if they need to ask if I'm aware clearly that's because they know it's not on the site showing a deposit .. the only deposit you see is for a pet . When I went to the room it was hot and stuffy it never really cooled down once I turned the air on .. over all I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I probably won't be back there as there the only hotel requiring a deposit .. it's definetly not cool to go to your room to relax and it's hot .. it was set at 76 👎

One of the worst stays we had. From the minute we checked in, the floor above us was so loud it was insane. Kids running around, dog jumping around and barking. My two kids, boyfriend and I could not sleep. Called the front desk twice and the noise never got better. It got worse. They moved us rooms at 11:30pm and the room next to us was so loud banging on the walls. You can hear them moving their beds just making all kinds of noise. The bed was not comfortable either and the TV would not work correctly to where we couldn’t even watch TV. Was not an enjoyable stay what so ever.

Place has potential but needs some adjustments Newer hotel Rooms are new/nice/clean good location in the south end of Corona with lots of shopping and food walking distance They definitely cut cost when it came to the bedding because They’re not comfortable I’m a go with the flow type of person so it takes a lot to rattle me but The keys that were isssued to me did not work so the receptionist had to unlock the entrance doors and my room anytime I left and came back The receptionist herself sucked at sales/service She was frustrated happily admitted Keys being a common occurrence and her rebuttal her go to that I was staying in a new hotel for 90 bucks lol They some growing pains. I like that it was really clean but again it’s because it’s new I’d happily pay for this inconvenience 40-70 all day but at 90 on a weekday there’s probably better finds for a little more They need better beds and a hosting staff that can at least pretend that they enjoy working there They’re supposed to be capturing new clients.

The room was clean but damaged . There were screaming crying babies on both sides of us and people yelling and ignoring the babies crying, slamming doors and loud all night into the morning hours. When we left there there were three sherif vehicles and 3 officers questioning people.

Everything was amazing! The young man at the front desk that checked me in was very helpful. Right when I got to my room I couldn’t figure out how to pull the blinds down.. so I called the front desk & he came to help at first we thought they were broke but he found out weren’t they were pull down. Very respectful young man for not making me feel uncomfortable one bit!
