When we folded out the couch to make up the bed for my son, there was still a crumb-covered, dirty fitted sheet on the bed and there were wrappers and a dirty pillowcase on the floor inside the couch. The couch mattress also still had firm plastic wrapped around it that was noisy when my son tried to sleep. The bathroom did not have surfaces to hang or set things on, which was very difficult for four of us with toiletry bags and clothing we needed to hang up while taking a shower. A few hooks or a countertop / shelf that could hold items would have been very helpful. Also, we were given an accessible room, and when we flipped on a light switch upon arrival, it set off a deafening alarm. I'm sure it was some kind of safety feature for the room, but the switch wasn't labeled in any way and was located inside the door to the room, so it was very frightening.

The hotel was fabulous. But, i tried renting a room on the early morning hours of saturday the 8th. It was approx. 1am. AFTER HOTELS com took my money, we couldnt sign in because no one is at the office at 7pm. So it ended up booking it for the saturday night. And i ended up going across the across the street and paying for a room . All im saying is hotels.com shouldnt sell rooms that late that cant be used hotel

This was my 2nd stay. Being impressed my first stay, this is just the second of a succession of bookings, as I am settling into business i have in the area. I feel comfortable here, it is quiet, near shopping and necessities. Staff has been all of cordial and assisting during encounters- and yes there are options if you arrive late for your booking. With the grills in the neatly manicured courtyards, the anticipation of this spring is a bit more intense. Booked the first time on a humbug, and so far no regrets in sight.

Traveling for business can have its ups and downs already, but i liked this place. it felt like most people there were on business as well. it was quiet and orderly. communication was clear and good. i was impressed with the layout. minuses- vital cookware/utensils missing, bedding not inspected well enough and not changed for bed close to window in my room. (i understand saving water 💧 and energy BUT OMG there were watermarks and stains 😲). There were scratches on the walls.... pretty faint but worrisome because you want to be sure they know you weren't the culprit. I loved the bathroom, the space, and the televisions. I am definitely going back, and recommending to other low key quiet loving people who need to travel to the area.
