Spacious property in a nice location, excellent breakfast. WiFi spotty and room TV only for DVD player, but I recommend the inn.

The inn is beautiful appointed with classic furniture and spacious grounds. Our room was very comfortable with a small sofa as well as the queen size bed. The only suggestions I would make is to add a firepit around the Adirondack chairs on the lawn and to serve fresh coffee instead of instant with the tea and cookies in the library.

Historic Inn with great full breakfast. Plenty of parking. Lovely old property. The couple running it were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. I took off a star because the property needs some TLC. No central air (window units) our bathroom door kept kept sticking, etc. Just generally doesn't seem like it has had any major work in a decades or two.

A comfortable, lovely stay in a picturesque part of rural Connecticut. They served a delicious breakfast in a beautifully appointed dining room in the historic main house. A thoroughly delightful experience.

Due to a delayed flight, we didn’t arrive until after 1AM. It was no problem. Lucas had the room ready, and gave us instruction about finding everything and said to call him again if there were any problems. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

Breakfast was excelent, with excelent service. Parking was not an issue. The room I stayed was nice and clean, but facing the road and therefore too noisy. Tried to change but no one even looked if there was another available.

A very traditional inn. This is a B and B though. No tea or coffee in the carriage room we were in. A really lovely spot with great pool area and gardens. Very peaceful and beautiful breakfast with 5 star service. Good good 10 min drive to North Cannon.

10/10 Exceptional

A delightful old school New England bed and breakfast (no TV in the rooms! Love it!) on acres of beautiful countryside. I had a queen four poster bed with antique bureau and side tables. The windows had lace curtains and pull-down shades - adorable and ensured darkness and privacy when desired. Plentiful plugs and great free wifi allowed me to easily get my work done. Everything was clean and comfortable. The en suite featured marble tiles, great water pressure and temp, and was well stocked with soaps and towels. The shower was spotless and roomy. But the real treat was the included breakfast!! Fresh fruit, fresh juices, great coffee, teas, and a choice of freshly made meals (omelettes, pancakes, eggs with sides etc) gave my day a bright start. The dining room was well appointed and charming. It was a delightful escape! My compliments to the hosts!
