As a Stocktonian, I thought it would be nice to stay at the Waterfront to enjoy the fireworks from the courtyard. Didn't realize everyone else had the same idea. The courtyard felt more like a public park than a hotel amenity (of course, you pay a "resort" fee to enjoy this area of the property).
The hall smelled of weed, guests were noisy and disruptive (but what can you really do?).
Rooms: mattress needs to be replaced, no smart tv, water pressure is low, but overall cleanliness was excellent.
There were issues with parking, guessing because non-guests were using the hotel parking lot.
So disappointed and will not recommend or return to this hotel.
