The historic ambience, gracious staff, well maintained facilities and being within walking distance of most places we wanted to visited were all outstanding elements of our stay. The 4th floor penthouse meant 56 steps to get to our room, but the suite was spacious and the kitchen had a complete service for 4. One observation, the hot and cold water supply to the shower is backwards. Once we figured that out there was plenty of hot water. The only negative was an older rather uncomfortable mattress. We will definitely return.

Wow, just wow. I had a 3rd floor courtyard facing unit. Elevator available. So no overhead noise. The one bedroom had a lot of room. It was just me occupying. The separate living room was great to be able to invite guests over. It is a very antique-y look, but it works for New Orleans. I had no problem with the door codes as I arrived as a late check-in after the front desk closed. They worked on the first try. And I walked everywhere in the french quarter even though I had a 7 day Jazzy pass (trolley). Did laundry in their new machine (only one☹️ washer/dryer). Bring detergent. A few cons: hotel door slams loud automatically, pool could be heated, wish they did a daily trash pick up instead of having to take trash down to the trash barrel on first floor. Walls are thin, so we had some noisy neighbors a couple nights. Get a unit facing the courtyard. Cuts down dramatically on street noise.

The room was spacious and well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Room was easy access to everything. We parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Noise level was not bad. Front desk people were nice and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze.

Great location that's walking distance to everything. Check-in and checkout was very easy. The staff was accommodating and nice. Cute and quaint condo in the French Quarter. It's perfect for any length of stay. You can hear street level noise from time to time, but it's in the French Quarter, what else would you expect. It's truly a hidden gem. I'll be booking here again when I come back to the Big Easy.

Great location. Close to all the party spots but far enough away to be quiet when your ready to relax. Great small, neighborhood bars about every block going down burgundy in case you want to skip the madness of bourbon. Not a negative, but be warned the spiral staircase in the city condo is STEEP and will not be accessible to people with mobility issues.

Large amount of Mold on multiple walls. Cockroaches running when lights turned going under bed and into openings in wall. Staff did not accommodate or return money even though we gave them the keys and did not stay after the few hour spent in room. They didn’t care about any of the issues.
