False advertising, this place is a dumpster

Beware of this scam, this place is a dump, I booked this place as an emergency place to stay, everything inside was dirty, completely run down, stained sheets and curtains, not even toilet paper in the bathroom, just the carton roll, outside was full of shady characters smoking weed, I soon as I saw the inside of the room I cancelled this "non refundable" reservation, it's mind blowing how hotels.com allows this kind of scams on their website, this is false advertising! And they give you a hard time to get refunded even though all the information about this dump is false, STAY AWAY! PS: The review process didn't allowed me to upload the pictures of the disgusting room.

The worst motel experience I've ever had. Will never set foot on their property again. The best thing to do to that place is bulldoze it to the ground. Between the prostitutes holding "business meeting" downstairs (which I'm sure the front office had to know about but we're probably getting a kickback from, to being accused of having a party in my room and dumping my trash in front of some "woman's" door, which I got fined and charged for to being charged $15 for having an "extra guest" who stayed all of 15-20 minutes, dropping off food and some clothes for me. Never again. They may have made a little extra off me that night but they lost a $2000 a month customer who will have nothing good to recommend of that place. I didn't even get into the filthy rooms, bathrooms with no hot water, showers that didn't work, sinks that didn't work, no mirrors, rooms without working air conditioners. I didn't even pull the blankets on the beds back. I slept on top of them. Then theirs the door locks, that had to have the cards reset every day. For those interested. One of 3 Wednesday or Thursdays each month is prostitute night. South side of building outside rooms. I got a $50 credit from an earlier stay I received because the room I was put in had no microwave. And that's another thing. Check the fridge, they're all ice locked up. Theirs plenty of other "motel motels" on 34th st. Spend the extra $20-40 and go to on of them. This is definitely not a place for family's with kids.

The room was so nasty there was poop on the toilet I had to go to Walmart and get bathroom cleaner. Told the manager next day she told us we would get a credit and never did. There was a bad smell and had tried to cover it up with cleaning chemicals after complaining got back to the hotel was so bad made us sick we to cut our trip short.

Left over everything

The sheets were dirty including hair obviously not changed on either bed. Literally slept on top of the bedding. The bathroom towels had makeup from previous tenant. Overall it was disgusting and if I didn’t arrive at 2am from my flight with limited transportation and knowledge of the area I would have left immediately. The front desk women were very kind and check in was quick and efficient.

Do not stay here. So disgusting

Disgusting place would never pay to stay here again. Shower was so disgusting I couldn’t even shower without sandals on without cutting my feet on the floor. Towels we stained crusty and disgusting, felt dirtier after I showered and used that. Door barely locked shut. Wouldn’t even give it one star if there was an option for less

Not sure what was expecting for $250 a night. Certainly not the experience I anticipated though. This is more like a $50 a night location. Maybe even pay by the hour. Pictures are never accurate and honestly it nearly ruined the night.
