THE BEST PLACE TO BE IN SEOUL!

A hidden gem. The best place to be in Seoul, near Hongdae and Hongik University. The hotel are 5 minutes from the centre of everything. And is located in the posh and calm Seogyo area, with lots of cafes, restaurants. A really local neighbourhood. The hotel is fantastic. Calm, with everything you need for a short or for a long stay. The hotel managers and staff are kind and amazing! Seoul is an amazing city! Flip is an awesome guy! I had a very special time there!

A dorm-style room at Sheraton prices

The room was a throwback hostel: stained concrete walls, dorm room beds, Ikea/Nittori style crap furniture (broken tiny round table fell apart and dumped my laptop to the floor), metal mini-blinds bent and barely functional. OTOH, the location is great, lots of traveler amenities (communal spaces, work spaces, kitchen, laundry).

THE BEST HIDDEN GEM IN SEOUL! :)

This place is a hidden gem! It’s located just between Hongdae and Seogyo-don, two stunning boroughs of beautiful Seoul. Everything is nearby. Three tube stations, incredible cafes, fancy restaurants, local restaurants and very friendly staff. They are amazing. Flip was very kind, and always helpful. There are are a lot of artists and digital nomads and creators. The lobby is amazing! I am staying for 2 months.

겉보기에 그럴듯 하지만 들어서면 실망감 뿐입니다. 가격이 저렴한 편이기 때문에 그리 기대를 하진 않았지만 다른 부정 평가들을 충분히 느낄 수 있습니다. 방 내 청결 상태도 그래 좋지 않으며(벽에 무언가 오염된 얼룩이 그대로 있었음) 방음은 벽이 없는 것 같은 정도로 복도와 옆방의 소리도 그대로 들립니다. 침대도 조금 꺼진 상태였습니다. 데스크의 응대는 친절하지 않으며, 짐이 보관은 가능하나 정해진 장소에 두는 게 전부이고 셀프드랍, 픽업이기 때문에 분실과 파손 모두 호텔에서 책임지지 않습니다. 중요품이 들어있다면 길가에 내두는 것과 마찬가지이기 때문에 못 두는 것과 크게 다르지 않습니다.
