Really friendly, welcoming staff and clean, comfortable rooms, and of course, you can’t go wrong with a free breakfast. The only con was that we paid for a room with a window, but there was no view as it was frosted glass but not a huge issue. The location was really handy for us, as we weren’t far from Old Street tube station and meant we could get the Northern Line to the places we needed (O2 Academy Islington, Camden and Kings Cross). There is also a couple of good pubs and fast food places within walking distance of the hotel, plus a Sainsbury’s and a corner shop to grab some drinks/snacks/toiletries to take back to the room. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel.
