The room was clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and free. Although the restaurant is not open for breakfast on the weekdays, there are three breakfast cafes in easy walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very Nice and clean. However, its for me to find the value for the cost. There is no breakfast, no pool, and no work-out area. Being on the water and within walking distance to a few a restaurant was very nice. I also tried to move my stay to the next week, unfortunately they would not allow me to do so. This would be a nice couples stay, but wasnt great for my business stay.

This was a quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we could not have been more impressed with this establishment. The hotel was absolutely stunning and the staff was unbelievably attentive. They had champagne waiting in our room. The hotel restaurant The Independent is one of the best restaurants in town and they made our dinner so special. Thanks to the entire staff. We will be back.

Nice but noisy

This is a really nice hotel in a great location, just a block or so from the Harbor Walk and close to numerous shops and restaurants. The rooms were well kept, the bathroom spacious, and service generally good. However, noise from the street and HVAC impeded sleep. Perhaps the water-view rooms or those on other floors are quieter--it is definitely worth asking. The mattresses also had some sort of plastic cover under the sheets, resulting in lots of squeaking with normal tosses and turns.

Georgetown, South Carolina is acquaint beautiful little town, you can walk along the board to walk and see all the beauty of the water and the boats moored. The wildlife is beautiful to watch. Great restaurants to fill your appetite and quaint shops that supply a variety of gifts. We stayed at the Georgetown Hotel, the restaurant that joined them was absolutely wonderful!

Liked location and updated condition. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and beautiful. The only thing missing from the property is a pool. Parking could be more organized and identifiable. Overall, we had a great stay. We will be back.
