This was one of the worst layovers I've ever had. Every sheet, pillowcase, and towel was stained. The bed had no sheet at the bottom of the bed. The plastic plates and cups were disgustingly dirty and the receptionist had no clean ones. I asked for 2 paper cups that I had to pay for... Great stay, we enjoyed how quiet is it, we can relax and sleep very well. During the day they have an awesome rooftop pool where you can see the beautiful sunset. Also walkable distance from the main 5th avenue, where you will find shops restaurants and everything you need. Walkable distance (5 minutes) from the public beach (really beautiful)

tiene que organizar bien sus tipo de habitaciones que uno reserva en linea, yo reserve una habitacion con cama queen y me dieron con cama matrimonial y me cobraron la de cama queen. La justificacion fue que no habia disponibilidad, pero no me debieron habia cobrado otro tipo de habitacion mas caro

Sketchy Checkin.

When I arrived they stated that my reservation was canceled and tried to have me re-purchase. They mentioned Hotels.com actually books via Expedia which was weird. I finally was able to show them my booking and they gave me the keys. No free coffee. No free water. Note: Don't book a city view because they will give you a court yard where you can't open your windows unless you want people seeing in.

Entrée de l’hébergement, pas du tout facile à trouver, car pas inscrit à l’entrée. Je donne l’astuce pour les prochains : c’est une grande porte noire. L’hôtel est jolie avec une piscine au rez-de-chaussée, et je crois qu’il y a aussi un Rooftop que je n’ai pas visiter. Pas d’ascenseur, attention aux bagages lourds. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé mais des chambres doté de kitchenette donc prévoir des courses. Vous avez le stricte nécessaire (couvert,assiettes, verre,casseroles,…), Douche de très mauvaise qualité, c’est surtout le pommeau qui m’a surpris. Le débit est bon, mais les jets partent dans tous les sens pas de difficultés pour trouver l’eau chaude, mais plutôt pour qu’elle ne vous brûle pas ? Produits hygiène proposées, gel, douche, shampooing, savon. Chambre spacieuse, télé avec boîtier pour chaîne international, Netflix YouTube. Pas un seul jour de ménage dans la chambre ? Apparemment, il n’est fait que le jour du check-out… Dommage, des serviettes avaient besoin d’être changées, mais surtout mes poubelles débordaient. Ils ont tout de même un numéro WhatsApp sur lequel ils sont joignables en 24/24. À 5–10 minutes à pied de la Quinta.

Management was not clear with instructions at checkin despite trying to contact with questions before arriving. Found 3 people in their checkin with is remarkable most hotels have one person and are far more responsive. Even once there, there was limited to no communication on policies and many policies were stated one way on Expedia and differently when arriving. There is no signage for the hotel and the door is hidden and unmarked. Come through the door less than a foot from a pool then sit in a tiny smelly undersized “lobby” where there’s a coffee machine and waters and yet not be offered anything during checkin. Guests are given wristbands that aren’t a complete loop and just expected to figure it out. These are recycled and cloth and not sanitary. Management didn’t know how to charge me $2 for their towel fee and I sat for 20 minutes waiting to check in. Listing stated free water bottles but there were none in the room. When asked management was petty and asked for 50 cents each. Roof pool and other areas were dirty and was unkept. Wasted time coming here and you can’t get vacation time back. Don’t let the obviously paid for reviews fool you this is no boutique hotel.
