I absolutely loved my stay at the West Bay Club. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the food is excellent. Everything feels clean and well maintained. The beach is simply spectacular - white sand, crystal-clear water, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. That said, I’d strongly suggest the hotel look into the mosquito situation, especially for rooms on the first floor. They tend to get inside, and I spent several nights trying to get rid of them - which made it hard to sleep. The staff was very responsive and even came late at night to assist with dehumidifiers to reduce that “musty” or “closet-like” smell that sometimes appears when humidity builds up. I also noticed that the bed frame, made of a woven wood material, tends to collect dust in small spaces, which may contribute to that same smell even though the rooms are clearly cleaned with care. Overall, despite those small issues, it was a wonderful experience - the service, the food, and especially the beach make West Bay Club a place I’d definitely recommend and return to.

Excellent resort! Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great near excellent restaurants and I loved the free breakfast every morning and the use of any non motorized activities. Beach area is amazing! One of our best vacations ever!! The property was very clean. It was quiet and you could get a lot of R&R. The rooms/suites very spacious, clean, modern and bright, with very comfortable beds. The food was overall delicious, however, i would have liked a little store onsite for snacks, drinks, etc. There is not store nearby within walking distance and the kitchen closes at 9:30 every night, so if you were still hungry after that, you were in trouble.

A melhor escolha para Turcs and Caicos! :)

Só fiquem aqui! :) O West Bay Club é perfeito. Melhor custo benefício da região. É um hotel de excelente estrutura física, não muito grande, com excelente bom gosto, pé na areia e excelente serviços. Fica longe do lado mais agitado de Grace Bay, o que é perfeito, para ter uma praia com longo espaço de areia, e mesmo assim a uma distância de poucos passos do coral para snorkel. Fica ao lado de um outro excelente hotel, mas mais moderno e muito mais caro. Mesmo assim, eu escolheria novamente o West Bay por conservar uma decoração e clima de um Caribe elegante. Excelente serviço de praia, snorkel, nadadeiras, stand-up e o café da manhã, apesar do estilo americano, é de excelente qualidade. Amamos os mimos na chegada.

We love the property! The hotel was clean, and staff was nice. The only downfall is there are only two restaurants on resort. The food is not very good. There are more restaurants at the Wymar hotel you can walk to next door or the Marine room. I would suggest the hotel provide a shuttle to a few restaurants. We had to pay 24.00 each way to a restaurant and that became very expensive. In addition, all restaurants on the island had a 22% service/ tax mark up.

Hotel was great and our room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was good but food was limited at the resort. Restaurants at adjacent property were awesome and a 4 minute walk so not a big drawback. Marine room down the street is a must to eat. Great stay and would recommend.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The two-bedroom oceanfront suite gave us and our 2 boys privacy. We especially enjoyed the beach and pool! Took the bikes for a ride and that was fun. Walked to dinner at least 2 nights and felt safe in the area. It is remote so be prepared to rent a car or pay for a cab. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
