Gem on the Caribbean

We traveled as a couple with our young daughter. West Bay Club is perfect for a family get away, and the Kid's Club option provides a wonderful opportunity for both the children to make friends their own age while allowing the parents to adult for a while. The pool was perfect for the entire family, and the temperature was immaculate. There were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach to not feel crowded which provided ample opportunity for the peace and serenity of being away. We definitely recommend this location, and will strongly consider a return visit.

Clean but needs updating

The bed frame squeaks terribly and is worn and out of date. There needs to be more towel bars in bathroom and places to set your things. Furniture in room is dated and not attractive and worn, also needs addition places to set things down. Mini kitchen does not have decaf coffee or tea.

We really had the best time. Room was absolutely amazing. We came here to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Resort is more on the quieter side which is what we were looking for. Daily breakfast was good. We also had a rental car which allowed us to see more of the island. Found some secluded beaches and were able to also go to different restaurants. Although the food at the resort was great too

It was good, rooms were very clean and we had a nice oceanfront view. It’s a notch down in terms of luxury, certainly not the same feel as Wymara or Shore Bay Club but also less $$. Facilities are just a little dated but still very nice, food is good and beachfront location is beautiful.

Very nice property. You can stay on this property or visit property adjacent to it, but aside from that there is no where to go in walking distance. Definitely wouldn't walk around on the main street to it in the dark.

We had a wonderful stay at West Bay Club. The property location is away from all the other resorts in Grace Bay which I loved. It was peaceful and relaxing. The beach is breathtaking. The property grounds are meticulously manicured with lush landscaping and plenty of loungers and seating. Daily Breakfast had lots of options including made to order eggs by request and even lattes. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The staff are the stars of the property. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I fell in love with TCI, I will definitely be back and will return to West Bay Club.

This property is well managed. Customer service in all areas is great. Taci, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager was sweet and provided us with assurance we needed for any help we needed during our stay. The food was really good as well. The breakfast everyday was delicious. Also, every Tuesday night, the hotel offered open bar from 6-8 in appreciation of the guests. Nice touch! Let's review the beach area, well....in my humble opinion the beach was way nicer and larger that the Ritz Hotel Beach. Needless to say, the beach at this hotel is breath taking and the service was really nice too. Overall, a fantastic experience.
