Room was nothing like it's picture, 2 x Key Card did not work or open, asked for 1st floor/ground instead was given 3rd floor, tried calling front desk from my cellphone because there was no phone in the room, toilet did not want to flush, had to use the 2 plunger on either side of the toilet, room was freezing even when i punched the low temperature dirty button, 2 lamps had no bulb, no soap, limited towels and my room was on the ghetto side of the complex, the obvious oder in the elevator smelled of weed. Never again would i stay, nor recommend.

Nisiquiera pase la noche ahi, el lugar estaba asqueroso, el baño sucio con oiezas sueltas, en general muy mala experiencia!!! Estuve 5 minutos en la ha itscion y decidi que no era un lugar apto para pasar la noche y no quisieron hacer el rembolso aun y cuando los que tenian malas condiciones eran ellos

Check in was smooth however 30 minutes later a staff member tried to come into the room just sfter I got outvof the shower. There was no knock before coming in so don't know how much she saw. TV did not work and staff didn't seem to care. I was told someone would come but no onever did. I spoke to management in the morning but didn't do anything. Except that I should have told them to call the manager....like I am supposed to know that.

The most horrible experience

I drive to elnpaso from LA. This hotel was on the I-10 paid my reservation and got charge no one was at the front desk instead a pice of paper sayin to drive 5 more miles to get a room horrible experience

Big let down

Most terrible experience by far. The photos on the site are very misleading and not accurate for the room I booked. I understand I booked a basic room but even so the room did not meet basic stay able standards. The room was very run down. From the door not being secure and having signs of breaking in, to the linens being dirty and unwashed, and appearing to not have been cleaned in weeks. The room with signage stating “non smoking” and soon as you walk in it reeks of smoke. Not only that, but upon entering the restroom there is a swisher wrapper in the trash can. Which furthermore confirmed the room had neither been cleaned or checked prior to my booking. I tried asking the front desk to swap me rooms even if it meant paying a price difference, but the woman politely said they could not credit what I had already paid towards another room. There was no way I was staying in a room like that. It was not sanitary. I would have appreciated an apology from the owner/manager himself but he sat there during our interaction and did absolutely nothing. Will never be booking here again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. You’re better off at the Days Inn or Extended Stay couple miles from this location.

Una vergüenzas que sea un hotel en el transcurso del apartamento hacia mi cuarto me encontre almenos 4 ventanas rotas y tapadas con papel llegué ala zona del ascensores y todo sucio y con varias colillas alrededor y dentro del ascensor llego al cuarto y abro su puerta y un olor orrible pense que por que llevarias varios dias cerrada pedi al recepcionista un ambientador para reducir el olor y paso mas de 30 minutos con el cuarto habierto y con ambientador cerre la puerta y como en 5 minutos otra vez ese olor orrible llegando a dar nauseas las almohadas amarillas y con ese olor orrible al igual que las toallas. Vi al recepcionista por los al rededor y le comunique de lo que esta pasando y le pedi que si me podría cambiar de cuarto en lo cual su contestacion fue que le reclame a Expedia. Ok llame la primera vez y le comente lo sucedió al señor del teléfono el cual me mando un texto para poder ver cual era mi reserva y cuando ya le conte lo sucedido me dice ok le cancelaremos y podemos hacer otra reserva en otro hotel jajaja y mi sorpresa que me cuelga el señor jaja Ok vuelvo a llamar otro señor que me atiende ledije lo sucedido y me vuelve a corgar volvi a llamar y nadie constesta volvi a llamar y de igual manera nadie contesta. En fin un hotel muy decepcionado por la ubicación en la que se encuentra.
