Poor room quality
The room had no elevator we had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. The hallways were very dark and had very steep stairs. We found a cockroach in the room. The cleanliness wasn’t very good.

Stopover Stay
My friends and I stayed one night at the hotel by the airport which was perfect. It’s only a 10 minute drive to the airport. The staff were friendly and the hotel is close to restaurants. Overall, met our expectations.

We booked a room for 2 people just for 1 night since we only didn't plan to sleep and only wanted to stay a few hours till our flight. We were told we can’t have the room for 3 people unless we paid extra money. I asked what’s the issue since we’re not even sleeping. The issue also wasn’t about health and safety clearly since they were ready to allow us the room if we paid extra. He told us 1 of us can wait in the lounge and the other 2 have can the room. This was so disrespectful as we were 2 sisters with our mum. We asked to speak to a manager who then told us over the phone he’ll give us a discount if we pay - clearly this is just a way of making money off of people because if it was a standard rule, we’d be forced to pay for the full price. Anyway, we ended up just paying for a room with beds for 3 people as I didn’t want to drag my mum around to find another hotel. The room he gave us had only 1 double bed for two even though he told me the whole reason i was paying is because each person requires a bed to stay. I went to complain and he told me “you paid for extra person not extra room”. The service here was disgusting, we weren’t made to feel welcome from the beginning. The rooms was below average and there weren’t even soaps in the toilet. I’m really upset as it put stress on my family and it was embarrassing moment as he made us feel like we were breaking a law for booking a room just to rest at for a few hours till our flight. Please don’t waste your money on here.
