We really appreciate the staff

Room was clean, condition good, location excellent; staff nice, friendly, patient and helpful. After we already left Florence, we found out that my wife lost a pair of diamond earrings that were very important to her in the room. We called the hotel. The staff searched for them in the room and found them, and made arrangements for us to get the earrings back. If allowed in this rating system, I'd give Hotel City 20/10.

Beautiful property 5 min away from Duomo. We had a two bed room quite with air conditioner. Lovely room. We just stayed a night but I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay again. Parking is in an opposite building and costs $50 for 24 hours.
