The staff were excellent. The Hotel was super clean. They lost hot water our last day. Our room faced the busy street side so lots of morning traffic. The breakfast was awesome. Eggs, pancakes to order besides buffet. Awesome location to walk all over Zócalo and historic area.

I went on a solo trip and decided to stay at this hotel. I felt so safe here! There was always security at the front. One of them always made sure to guide me to my Ubers. Novotel wasn’t that far from main attractions. I used uber, DiDi and walked as a form of transportation and did not have any issues. The hotel was very simple but just what I needed since I spent majority of my time out in the city anyway. The only complaint I har was just the lighting in the bathroom. It was hard to see when doing makeup because the lighting was so low but other than that it was a useful hotel for its purpose.
