Lovely friendly staff. Our room was such a long walk from Reception up and down stairs and with bags was a challenge. No offer of help. Really let down by the standard of breakfast. We ordered a hot breakfast and when it arrived it had obviously been sitting around as the poached eggs were completely cold as was the toast. Such a shame.
